In My Mailbox: 17

In My Mailbox is a weekly meme from The Story Siren. You can find out more information by going here. :)

ARC’s For Review:

  • Virtuosity by Jessica Martinez (Thank you, Simon Pulse – review here)
  • The Catastrophic History of You and Me by Jess Rothenberg (Thank you, Penguin!)

I was lucky enough to read Virtuosity earlier this year (back in April/May) and I absolutely loved it. You’re going to want to pre-order it, it’s a fantastic debut.

I won The Catastrophic History of You and Me through Library Thing’s Early Reviewers program. The ARC has the old cover, but the new cover is gorgeous (view it here).

Bought (Paperback/Hardcover):

  • Carrier of the Mark by Leigh Fallon

As a fellow InkPopper, I’m excited to read the final product – plus, this is the first InkPop discovered book to be published…so it’s kind of a big deal. 😉

For Review (NetGalley):

  • Tempest (Tempest #1) by Julie Cross (Thank you, St. Martin’s Griffin!)
  • Drowning Instinct by Ilsa J. Bick (Thank you, Carolrhoda Lab!)
  • Between the Sea and Sky by Jaclyn Dolamore (Thank you, Bloomsbury Children’s Books!)
  • Fracture by Megan Miranda (Thank you, Walker Children’s Books!)

Tons of fantastic books from NetGalley this week…and yes, I started Tempest as soon as I was approved for it, and yes it’s awesome.

For Review (From GalleyGrab):

  • Legacy by Molly Cochran
  • The Always War by Margaret Peterson Haddix

Thank you, Simon & Schuster!

Bought on Kindle:

  • Deviant by Adrian McKinty (review here)
  • Variant by Robison Wells (review here)
  • Eve by Anna Carey (review here)
  • Anathema (Causal Enchantment #1) by K.A. Tucker  (free!)

What did you get in your mailbox this week?
